Express Your Healing Plan
There are so many books written about writing things
down and they are right. When we write
our goals, it gives substance to them.
It transforms them from thoughts to physical words and gives them
greater reality. A great way to make
healing a reality is to make a one-year plan.
Write down all the things that you will accomplish within the next year,
and remember to treat disease as if it does not exist. Write down what you will do as if you are
already in a state of perfect health.
For example, If you have ever had a desire to climb a mountain and are
currently in a wheelchair, Write, as one of your goals for the year ahead, that
you will climb a mountain. Be specific;
how long will it take you?, which mountain will you climb? And remember to stay focused on your goals,
imagine yourself climbing the mountain.
What would it feel like physically?
What emotions will you feel?
Do you like
to draw or paint? Perhaps you enjoy Nature Photography? You can use art to
express your healing plan by drawing or painting a picture of what your goal
would look like to you. You could draw
the mountain or draw what you imagine the view would be like from the top. You could photograph the mountain and hang
the photo somewhere where you will see it on a daily basis. The whole idea behind this is that the
photograph, drawing, or painting will serve as a mind trigger for healing. A mind trigger is an object that causes you
to react without consciously thinking about it.
Every time you see this picture, you will image yourself as being healed
and climbing the mountain.
